- The minimum delivery time of the orders is between 48 and 72 hours from the moment the order is finalized.
If you place an order on Fridays after 1:00 pm or a day prior to a holiday, the delivery countdown starts the following onday or the day after the holiday.

All orders are subject to product availability. If for whatever reason we are not able to send you the product, we reserve the right to notify you by email, offering similar items. If you do not wish to receive the substitute items, we will refund the amount paid.
Once the products have been selected and you have proceeded to register, you must select one of the payment methods available to process the order:
- Payment by credit or debit card: If you wish to make the payment of the order by credit or debit card, it is good to note that the service is provided by the BBVA bank and that your data is collected and encrypted so that neither Agua Nº9 nor third parties can access them.
CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS
If your order has not left the warehouse, you can cancel it by sending an e-mail to email@example.com, indicating the reason for the cancellation, the order number and the user name. In the subject of the e-mail you must indicate: “cancellation of order”.
